I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. 

 

I have an interdisciplinary educational background in social science and engineering, and professional expertise both inside and outside of academia in unique global settings across Asia, the U.K., and the United States.

 

These intellectually diverse transnational personal and professional experiences have informed my research scholarship and teaching philosophy that contributes to the study of Race, Ethnicity, and Migration.
